Dear Class of 2027 Seniors and Families,
Welcome to senior year at Toronto High School! This is an exciting time filled with important milestones, celebrations, and preparation for life after graduation. To help you stay organized and informed throughout the year, we have compiled this guide full of all the information for our seniors.
Below, you will find important details regarding attendance requirements, fees, cap and gown orders, graduation preparation, scholarships, college and career planning, and all of the key senior event dates and times. Please review this information carefully and come back often to reference it.
Senior year will move quickly, so we encourage you to stay involved, meet deadlines, and take advantage of every opportunity available to you. Our staff is here to support you throughout the year and help make your final year at Toronto High School a successful and memorable one. Graduation Rules/Requirements
Attendance
You are allowed to have a MAXIMUM of 14 absences in a full year course. This includes both excused and unexcused absences. With any questions please reach out to Mr. Perkins.
(Please note JVS students follow a different attendance policy)
Fees
All school fees must be paid to Ms. Carr BEFORE graduation. If all of your fees are not paid you will not be given you diploma or participate in the graduation ceremony.
Speeches and Cap Decorations
All valedictorian speeches and cap decorations must be approved by the Senior Class Advisor BEFORE graduation.
