Stay Safe in the Sun: Before going outside, help your grown-up put on sunscreen—even if it’s cloudy! Wearing a hat and sunglasses can also help protect your eyes and skin from the sun.
Drink Water Often: Running, jumping, and playing makes our bodies thirsty! Be sure to take water breaks every little while so you can stay cool and strong.
Be Safe Around Water: Whether you're at the pool, lake, or splash pad, always stay close to your grown-up. They will keep a close eye on you while you play in the water. Remember: we never go near water without an adult!
