Professor Olyaya Cuervo’s Spanish students recently participated in an engaging and educational field trip to Chico Fiesta. This experience provided more than just a meal. It offered a meaningful opportunity for students to apply their Spanish-speaking skills in a real-world setting by ordering their food in Spanish.

Through authentic conversations and cultural immersion, students were able to strengthen their language proficiency while enjoying a vibrant and welcoming environment. We commend them for their effort and enthusiasm, and we look forward to seeing their continued growth and success in Spanish language learning.
